Meridian Primary School Caricature Booth

Meridian Primary School had a Carnival to celebrate Children's Day as well as Deepavali so was hired to do caricatures there from 8.40am till 1.30pm. Carnival was to raise funds for an organisation, for cerebral palsy patients.

Non stop drawing and only managed to squeeze in a few shots of my work with the kids. Client was really happy with the result as the caricature booth was popular with the kids.

Ramada Days Hotel Dinner and Dance

Did Caricatures at Ramada Days Hotel, coincidentally I also designed the magnets for their DnD goodie bag in an earlier post.

Ramada Days Hotel Magnet Designs

Commissioned to do a set of 10 magnet designs based off traditional drawings done by their staff.
Cleaned up the characters digitally with their job titles placed next to each character.

Birthday Digital Caricature

Commissioned by a friend for a birthday caricature to place on a banner.

Photos are of those I managed to somehow squeeze time to capture on my handphone camera. They are not in order but you can sort of tell which are the earlier ones as I drew all of them with the eye pupils looking towards the left...always....recently changed to have the caricatures look front instead.

Going to kickstart this Caricature Blog with an old Caricature I did of  someone using Charcoal.

I don't go too extreme with the exaggerations but I try as best as I can to capture how the person looks.

I started out doing Caricatures more than 2 years ago, when my friend asked me to do live caricatures on the spot for an events company, Magic Creatus.

Drawing caricatures on the spot means you can't erase and you have to capture the person's look within less than a minute so you spend 3-5 mins on each person. It's fun but I would like to better myself and paint caricatures for weddings, family portraits etc.
